About the HBA

Umpqua Valley Home Builders Association consists of 200+ members representing the building industry and supportive businesses in Douglas County.

Umpqua Valley HBA partners with both the state, Oregon Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. This partnership allows members of Umpqua Valley HBA representation in all levels of government. No other industry is more impacted than construction when it comes to government regulation. Our partnership with our state and national associations affords members the ability to be heard on all levels of government and have a say when issues such as code changes, land use regulations, etc., come up for discussion.

Members of Umpqua Valley HBA parictipate in events throughout the year including the Home and Garden Show, held the first weekend in March, the Annual Golf Tournament and Family Picnic, and Showcase of Homes. Members also participate in the monthly general membership meetings (second Thursday of the month except August at the Douglas County Fairgrounds) where business is mixed with food and fun.
