Umpqua Valley HBA is 300 members strong representing the building industry and supportive businesses throughout Douglas County. Membership dues include membership in the Oregon Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders. You receive three levels of representation from one membership investment. Annual membership dues are a little over $1 a day - at just $375 a year.

Umpqua Valley HBA membership offers various discounts including, workmens compensation

premium savings as well as a competitive group health insurance program.

The application process is simple. Simply request an application via email at info@umpquavalleyhba.org or call 541-673-3711. We will forward an application packet to you. Once you have turned in your completed application, it will be reviewed and voted on at the next Board of Directors meeting. Not just an ordinary Home Builders Association... Oregon Home Builders Association (OHBA)
OHBA provides an active legislative lobbying program, is the liasion to Oregon and Federal regulatory agnecies, and disseminates information to local associations. National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)
